The sensor was calibrated by PS-CAL software (Version 4.4.0.37376). Everything went smooth until the end when uploading the new Cal factors to the sensor. PS-CAL asked me to Recycle the power to the Power Meter while uploading process but when the power meter switched on The sensor was giving us ERRROR "" -310" System error; Sensor EEPROM Linearity data not found or unreadable "" The message error was shown by the power meter.
During uploading the new cal factors I did not do the Linearity check point because I did not do the linearity test for the sensor. Also I can zero the sensor but I ca not calibrate it with the power meter. Also, I uploaded the old data but still the same error is displayed.
