AVM2000 nullmeter
Is anyone out there having problems zeroing this nullmeter. Is there a way we can get our firmware upgraded? How many different firmware upgrades are there for this device?

There are two versions of software. Version 2.1.14 is the latest.
Version 2.1.14 was created to improve the PPM zeroing process. Manual Version D is available on our website and will detail how we changed the zeroing process.
As we discussed yesterday, you have the older firmware. We can issue an RMA and upgrade your AVM2000 to version 2.1.14.
In addition any new AVM's the Navy is purchasing will have the new firmware that improves the zeroing process.
