Facing problem 50MHz and above

Post by manickam_t »

Dear PS Cal team,

Am facing an issue above frequency 50MHz While running Calfactor test in the UUT Tegam F1130B

Untill 50MHz the system works fine but at the frequency of 50MHz Software is asking a question "Do you want to check your connection and continue", if we press Yes, it shows the connection message. After checking the connection, I continued the test by monitoring NI IO trace and i found that software sends power level command to PSG following reset command without Frequency command, so the PSG goes to its Max frequency. The software asking the same question to check the connection, if i press NO, it shows Error message Error Testing the DUT, Procedure aborted.

I have configured PSG as my Low frequency and High frequency Signal generator while creating templet.

Kindly help me to resolve the issue

Hello manickam_t - There are many reasons this issue could occur, and we will need to see some of your test files to really begin troubleshooting. Please email the following files to me at gtolentino@tegam.com:
- StationConFig.xml (this is located in your root PS-Cal directory, usually C:\PS-Cal_V4\)
- The template you are using during the test. Typically these are found at C:\PS-Cal_V4\CalTemplates.
- Your standards file for the RF standard used to calibrate the F1130B. That file will likely be located at C:\PS-Cal_V4\Standards.
- The I/O Trace file you referenced in your post
- The calibration data from the previous cal of the UUT F1130B

Again, please email that information to me at gtolentino@tegam.com. The forums are not an ideal platform for troubleshooting specific issues because of the limitations on text formatting, attachments, etc.

Thanks, manickam_t. Please send the files whenever you are able, and we will get started troubleshooting right away.

Sincerely,
Greg
