Manual Version D is available on our website and will detail how we changed the zeroing process. As we discussed yesterday, you have the older firmware. We can issue an RM...

Re: PRT-73 IEEE

Hi Joe, Are you running the MET/CAL script in Debug mode or are you building a PXE and running from that? Do you see errors in both? I have found the best way to debug something like this is to set up a debug script. Simply set up a script of the commands you use and put them in a loop (Say 100 iter...

Re: SureCAL Settings for HP478A H73 with 1830A as DUT monito

Issue Resolved:
If you edit the test profile and select 1830A for the UUT monitor a Vcomp check box to the right of the 1830A check box becomes available.
If you check the box the 1830A will be placed in 432 comp mode during the calibration.

Re: SureCAL Settings for HP478A H73 with 1830A as DUT monito

Hi Peter, To calibrate an HP 478 with an 1830A as a monitor do the following: 1. Select 1830A for monitor 2 in flex standards (This would be the 1830A connected to 478A) 2. The 1830A connected to the F1130A would still be monitor 1 3. In the procedure the UUT monitor would be changed to 1830A with 2...

Re: HtrN/C message not in manual

Hi Ryan, First off I want to apologize about the lack of coverage in the manual. Somewhere in my revisions a list of bullets was left out where it explains the Heater messages. I have a new revision coming out and will add that back in the manual. Now onto solving your issue. The heater messaging wo...
